Personal Background
With over 20 years of experience in occupational safety and health—primarily in the construction industry—I founded this company in 2023 to help organizations, particularly those within the Spanish-speaking community, build strong and lasting safety cultures.
We offer bilingual (English and Spanish) training and consulting services to ensure clear communication and effective implementation across diverse workforces.
My background also includes experience in the manufacturing and logistics sectors. I hold professional certifications including CHST, QSP, CRIS, CPR & First Aid, and HAZWOPER. My mission goes beyond compliance—focusing on making safety a lasting, integral part of every workplace culture.
